When we started Candover in 1980 there were two founding partners in London. Today the Candover team comprises seven nationalities and we are active in all the main European markets.
We are structured as a Partnership, with our eight partners supported by a tight-knit group of deal executives. Our team have been chosen not just for their transaction skills but also for their ability to work with management – most Candover people have vital, hands-on business experience.
