Carlos joined Candover in 2008 from Merrill Lynch where he was a Vice President of the Investment Banking division. At Merrill Lynch, he spent eight years in Madrid and London providing M&A and capital structure advice to companies across a variety of sectors having acted, among others, as financial advisor to Candover in the acquisition of Parques Reunidos.  At Candover, Carlos is currently working with Parques Reunidos and Ono.

Carlos is a Spanish national with country responsibility for the Iberian region.  He holds degrees in Business Administration and Law from ICADE University in Madrid. He is also a chartered financial analyst.
